Ever wonder how to increase your PR and get traffic?

If you’re one of those guys who read TNP, ‘cos the Straits Times is no longer free, you would have noticed that Singapore’s The New Paper (TNP) never fails to report about a murder in Malaysia every week.
But this time I think they have gone too far in highlighting that Malaysia’s not safe, albeit done indirectly!

Read this about a murder of a jogger in Malaysia, scroll all the way near the end and there’s a paragraph about similar type of murders in Singapore and then back to Malaysia again, and finally they had a list of women who were murdered in Malaysia titled “Other Malaysian Murders”.
No wonder my Singaporean friends are not very keen to come to Malaysia nowadays!
I haven’t been back for nearly 1.5 years now, is it really that unsafe in Malaysia?

Everyone’s doing this…so here it is…korekked

Read this, Blinkymummy thinks Xiaxue created a hate blog of her after some photo shoot where she posted XX’s unphotoshopped pics:
And when you read the Hate Site, you’d realise why the writer has to be XX.
Because:(A) Both times I met her, i.e. Her World Shoot and Hol V, she was alone. So, only she would remember things to such details.
(B) She hates my 大哥 for calling her ‘hideous’. < -- even though my 大哥 said he was hideous too.
(C) The Hate Site is written and spelt in the same way as she does on her own blog.
(D) The 2nd entry was written at 6am in the morning, i.e. a few hours after Moby and I met her at Hol V.
(E) She's not doing it from her own blog coz either (i) she doesn't want to be known for the flaming or (ii) she doesn't want Blinkymummy to get more hits, or (iii) both. =)))
Worst still, she used XiaLanXue’s name. Let’s hope this will turn out interesting…lol

A blog setup by the CIJ aiming to consolidate all the media coverage of the “black metal” issue in Malaysia:

This blog has been created to discuss and track media coverage of the Black Metal issue. This is not *just* confined to the coverage of the raid on Paul’s Place, although the media coverage of that event is what has sparked this blog. The blog is owned by the Centre for Independent Journalism and posts MUST abide by our Code of Ethics. We will pull posts that violate these norms:
wow, serious issue now…

Apparently 2 guys from Bristol got a satellite picture of themselves taken and it can be seen through Google Earth!

Wow, the pic’s abit blur but it’s still pretty cool…lol…but then again, there’s no way to verify if it’s really 2 guys or probably 2 blobs =P
Maybe a group of bloggers should just stand still in the sun and make a Hello World! sign and see if it appears…lol
