Does he hate or love christmas?

X’mas, also known as Christmas, for those who are better at spelling. It is said that this is the day they celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ, someone who died some two thousand years ago. Why would someone want to celebrate a long dead person’s birthday, you might ask. I don’t know and not that I
care. But in a way, I care cause, this is one of my favourite festive seasons, because everything about it is so commercialized, like McDonalds.

Apparently some people thought it’s offensive and inappropriate to say “Merry Christmas” in public. See, the USA is a multicultural society so there’s a lot of Americans who do not celebrate Christmas by default. Initially, their government bodies and major shopping complexes decided to start using the more politically-correct and all-encompassing “Happy Holidays” or “Seasons Greetings”, which I thought was fine.
