How to use KOREKK?
KOREKK is a new blog aggregator which allows the Malaysian blogosphere to submit blog posts they like and let other users vote to see if they like it or not.
Users are free to vote (only once per article) and submit any articles. Here are some frequently asked questions (FAQs):
1. How do I vote?
Simply click on the vote button and your vote will appear in less than 5 seconds without refreshing the webpage! You’re not allowed to vote more than once though.
2. How do I submit an article to be KOREKK-ed?
First you’ll need to register on KOREKK by going here - Link. Then, you’ll be presented to a control panel where you are able to write the article. Don’t forget to add the link back to where you put them!
3. Why is this website so much like digg.com?
KOREKK’s based on digg and has a voting mechanism similar to it. Also, ‘korek’ means dig in Malay and we decided to add another k to the end of it a la digg, but that’s where the similarity ends. The coding behind the website is entirely different and the success of KOREKK depends on the contributions of all users!
4. Any restrictions on the content of the articles?
We only accept content from Malaysian bloggers/about Malaysia/Malaysian residents at the moment.
5. Why does the voting box seem to appear out of place in the middle of nowhere?
You must be using Internet Explorer. As responsible netizens, we advise that you switch to Firefox/Opera as soon as possible for your own safety and also for a more enjoyable surfing experience.
